Summer Corn Salad
This colorful salad is summer in a bowl. Crisp, sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, and tangy feta all come together in a refreshing, vibrant dish. The creamy textures complement our Cabernet Rosé, with fresh produce lifting the wine’s berry notes.. It’s an ideal easy cookout side dish and one of our favorite wine and food pairing recipes.
Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn (grilled or boiled, then cut off the cob)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Optional: crumbled feta

Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss again. Serve chilled or room temp.
