Friday evenings in Sonoma Valley have a way of slowing everything down. The hills catch the last of the light, the air settles, and the week quietly lets go. That is exactly the feeling we set out to create with our new TGIF: Sunsets, Sips and Sounds series, and on March 27, it delivered beautifully.
A First Evening Worth Talking About
Our inaugural TGIF event was a success. Guests gathered on the grounds as golden light stretched across the vineyard rows, glasses filled with our estate-grown red wines, delicious pizza, and music drifted softly through the evening air. The atmosphere was warm, the setting was stunning, and the feedback has been wonderful.

What to Expect
TGIF: Sunsets, Sips and Sounds is a relaxed Friday evening experience designed around three things we love most: estate wine, live music, and the vineyard at dusk.
Estate Reds in Hand
Tickets are $10 per person and include a pour of one of our award-winning estate wines. Our wines are grown on our 17.5-acre estate in Glen Ellen and crafted in small lots, so every glass reflects the land you are standing on. Wood-fired gourmet pizzas are available for purchase throughout the evening. Tickets must be reserved in advance through our website.
Live Music as the Backdrop
The evening’s soundtrack is provided by Rich Little on the Chapman Stick and Bill Nelson on the Cajón. For those unfamiliar with the Chapman Stick: it is a ten-string instrument played by tapping the strings directly, producing simultaneous bass lines, chords, and melodies from a single instrument. The result is layered, rich, and unlike anything most audiences have heard live. Paired with Bill Nelson’s warm Cajón percussion, the duo creates a sound that fits the vineyard setting perfectly, present enough to enjoy, relaxed enough to let conversation flow.

All events run from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Little Vineyards Family Winery in Glen Ellen, Sonoma Valley. No outside food or drink, please.
